3. ประเทศญี่ปุ่น มีการปรับปรุงกฎหมาย และสร้า  งสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้เป็นที่ดึงดูดใจแก่ นักลงทุนต่างชาติยิ่งขึ้น เช่น การปรับปรุงกฎหมาย Corporate Law โดยมีการปรับกฎระเบียบ ให้สามารถจัดตั้งลริษัทได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยการยกเลิกการกำหนดทุนขั้นต่ำ
สิทธิประโยชน์ด้านการค้า
ในภาพรวม สินค้าที่ไทยและญี่ปุ่น นำมาลด/ยกเลิกภาษี หรือกำหนดโควตาพิเศษ ให้แก่กันภายใต้ JTEPA คิดเป็นกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของรายการสินค้า ทั้งหมดที่มีการค้าระหว่างกัน โดยสินค้าส่งออกสำคัญของไทย ไปญี่ปุ่นที่ได้รับประโยชน์จาก JTEPA มีทั้งที่เป็นสินค้าเกษตร และสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม |
